These terms apply to the Plano website and clinic-management service. A separate agreement with a clinic may set additional terms.
The service
Plano provides tools for clinic operations, including appointments, patient records, communication and other enabled features. Plano does not provide medical advice or replace a clinician's professional judgment. The clinic is responsible for care, record accuracy and its relationship with patients.
Accounts and authorization
Use the service only with appropriate authorization. Protect your sign-in details and report unauthorized access. Clinics are responsible for assigning staff access appropriately and removing access for former staff. Do not access another clinic's data without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, distribute malware or send unlawful or unsolicited messages. Clinics must have the necessary lawful grounds and consents for entering personal and medical data and sending messages.
External services
Google Calendar and messaging connections are optional and also subject to the providers' terms. You control authorization. Review calendar data, selected doctors and appointment mappings before importing. External service outages or restrictions may affect synchronization and message delivery.
Subscriptions and fees
Available features and fees depend on the selected plan and terms agreed with the clinic. A separate offer or agreement sets payment, renewal and termination terms. This page does not change previously agreed prices or clinic settings.
Availability and responsibility
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or external outages. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Clinics should maintain their own continuity procedures and verify important records and message outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination and data
Access may be restricted in cases of service abuse or security risk. Contact Plano to arrange subscription termination, data export or deletion. Medical-data retention obligations and backups may affect deletion timing. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
